If the shoes don’t fit, you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order. You can use our simple and affordable return option via Packeta.

 

  • Your parcel will reach us in about 2–5 days.

  • We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the return.

 

 


 

 

Return options

 

 

 

Packeta

 

 

  • Simply pack the goods and bring them to your nearest Packeta drop-off point and provide our ID code: 91991500.

  • The staff will print a label and give you a receipt for the parcel.

  • Always include the return form in the package.

  • You don’t pay anything at the drop-off point – we will deduct €2.99 from your refund.

 

 

 

Own courier service

 

 

  • You can also arrange shipping with your chosen courier at your own expense, according to their price list.

  • If sending via Slovenská Pošta (Slovak Post), please use a registered parcel/letter.

 

 


 

 

Conditions for returning goods

 

 

  • Goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in an unused and undamaged condition, properly packed, to the following address:

    Barefootovo, Rumančeková 18, 82101 Bratislava

  • On the invoice (or its copy), please write the bank account number where you want the refund to be sent.

  • Fill in and send us the withdrawal/return form (by email or together with the invoice).

  • If the above conditions are not met, the goods will be sent back to you at your own cost.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

  • Do not use the shoe box as the shipping box – please place it inside another box to avoid damage.

 

 


 

 

Claims (Complaints)

 

 

If the product you received is defective or has a manufacturing fault, you can make a claim within 2 years of purchase:

 

  • Fill in the return/claim form and send it together with the shoes and proof of purchase/invoice to:

    Barefootovo, Rumančeková 18, 82101 Bratislava

  • We will then contact you about the next steps of the complaint procedure.

 

 

The seller is not responsible for defects caused by:

 

  • mechanical damage by the customer,

  • excessive wear and tear,

  • neglect of proper care,

  • inappropriate treatment,

  • incorrect handling,

  • natural changes in the materials,

  • or any damage caused by the customer, a third party, or improper intervention.

 

 


 

 

Exchange

 

 

If the size doesn’t fit or you would like another product:

 

  • Return the goods in unused condition, properly packed, within 14 days of delivery to:

  • On the invoice (or its copy), please indicate which product/size you would like in exchange.

  • If the conditions above are not met, the goods will be returned to you at your own cost.

  • We process exchanges immediately. If there is a price difference to be settled or the product is sold out, we will contact you.
