We truly value your loyalty, which is why we reward customers who shop with us regularly. The higher the value of your purchases, the bigger the loyalty discount you can get on your future orders.

The loyalty discount amount is calculated based on the total value of your orders over the past 2 years.

Loyalty Discount Tiers

 For purchases of €100 or more, you get a 2% discount

 For purchases of €200 or more, you get a 4% discount

 For purchases of €300 or more, you get a 6% discount

 For purchases of €500 or more, you get a 8% discount

 For purchases of €700 or more, you get a 10% discount

The discount is automatically applied to your customer account and can be used when purchasing full-priced (non-discounted) items.

How to Join?

To enjoy loyalty benefits, you need to have a registered customer account and be logged in when making a purchase. Only orders placed under your account will count toward your total purchase value.

Orders placed as a guest (without logging in or registering) cannot be retroactively added to the loyalty program.

Returns

In the event of a product return, the value of the returned item will be deducted from your total purchase history. If this deduction causes your total to fall below the threshold for your current loyalty tier, your discount may be adjusted or reduced accordingly.
